Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health statuses, identifying individual treatment needs.

• Design and implement effective therapeutic courses tailored to a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and culturally responsive approaches to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to establish comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulation standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
