Key Responsibilities\n

You will have the opportunity to shape the therapeutic journey of our clients through various key responsibilities, such as:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand client needs effectively.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that consider their specific challenges, objectives, and cultural backgrounds.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Offering crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Delivering psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills needed to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Conducting regular outcome assessments to monitor the effectiveness of treatment and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plans.

• Staying informed about the latest research and emerging trends in mental health, thereby incorporating this knowledge into clinical practice to enhance service delivery.

• Adhering strictly to ethical guidelines to maintain the confidentiality of client information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and team collaboration will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
