This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide vital mental health support remotely, working closely with clients facing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

Work Environment\n

This remote role offers a flexible work environment while maintaining collaborative aspects through virtual meetings and consultations. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. This structure allows for a balanced work-life integration while delivering essential services to our clients in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mood disorder symptoms, tracking the severity, frequency, and duration to formulate a grounded understanding of each individual’s situation.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique goals, needs, and preferences are taken into account for a personalized approach.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to treat mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and implement self-care strategies to support overall mental health improvement.
\n
• Observe and track clients’ progression throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans when required to optimize care.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, facilitating an integrated approach to mental health care for the best patient outcomes.
\n
• Stay informed about advances and best practices in mood disorder treatments, integrating the latest research findings into therapeutic practices.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with all legal and ethical regulations.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical expertise and contribute to ongoing professional development.

• Advocate for clients, working towards de-stigmatizing mental health issues and ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for recovery.

As a Clinical Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our facility, you will be working primarily with clients dealing with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by exceptional benefits. We also offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for qualified candidates.
