Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to respond to patients' evolving needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s specific situation.

• Facilitate referrals to community services, support groups, and specialized treatment programs that can further enhance your clients' recovery.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to devise comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continuity of care for clients transitioning out of intensive services.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, adhering closely to the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Conduct social work consultations and psychosocial assessments, providing crisis intervention and bereavement support as required.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, making sure they have a clear understanding of their treatment plans and any follow-up they may need.

• Assist the Employee Assistance Program in providing critical support and debriefing sessions for staff following challenging incidents.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure effective communication and care coordination among all parties involved, from healthcare professionals to community supports.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
