Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct individual and group therapy focused on empowering patients to reach their therapeutic goals. This involves one-on-one sessions via secure digital platforms and group therapy facilitated through video conferencing tools.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans according to our clinic's standards and licensing requirements.

• Participate in ongoing program development, including identifying training needs, contributing to new initiatives, and enhancing resource materials for both clients and staff.

• Actively engage with interdisciplinary teams, attending meetings to discuss patient progress, contribute to treatment plans, and share best practices for fostering effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to foster rapport with clients and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, with a specialization in treating mood disorders preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
