As a remote advocate for mental health well-being, you will use telehealth technologies to connect with clients. The role includes minimal in-person duties at our physical office, catering to clients who may prefer face-to-face interactions on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to determine their mental health status and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to provide ongoing support and strategies for coping with various mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to support client goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to professional standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Participate in professional development and supervision meetings to enhance your skills and stay abreast of current mental health trends and research.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
