Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' psychological status, needs, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate virtual therapeutic sessions, providing guidance, support, and coping strategies to help clients through various mental health challenges.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to address changing needs and ensure positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve assisting a wide range of clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Our clientele is diverse, spanning all ages and backgrounds, requiring a culturally sensitive approach. You will be instrumental in providing a safe and inclusive space where clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health challenges and working toward meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment modalities, and culturally informed therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary that falls within the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
