Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs, histories, and goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients.

• Maintain accurate client records by utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and session updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care and support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and educational opportunities relevant to our practice and clinical competencies.

• Share insights and propose service improvements to enhance overall program effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Elysian Fields Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele presenting a range of emotional issues. Our clients include adolescents, families, and adults from various backgrounds who are seeking support for challenges such as stress management, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license or certification as a Mental Health Counselor—specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
\n
• At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals facing emotional or psychological challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) is preferred; training will be provided for the specific systems we use.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and the unique dynamics of remote counseling sessions.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, couples therapy, or child and adolescent therapy is a plus.

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
