Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques suited to individual client circumstances.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who might face difficulties attending in-person sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
