Work Environment\n

This position offers flexibility as it operates in a remote outpatient setting in Costa Mesa, California. The role is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Beyond Expectation Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Conducting regular therapy sessions while continuously adjusting treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Performing comprehensive assessments to evaluate progress, tailoring interventions to maximize client outcomes.
\n
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open communication and healing.
\n
• Referring clients to external specialists or resources as needed for additional support and specialized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families, empowering them to address mental health challenges in a supportive and affirming setting. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in California.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
