This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while also offering an outpatient office setting for in-person client sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, in an outpatient setting via telehealth and on-site sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to effectively address a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in weekly case consultations with interdisciplinary team members to discuss client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by the clinic, including training sessions and workshops related to new treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada or license-eligible within 90 days of hire.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Commitment to providing culturally competent care and support to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience and caseload. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
