Work Environment\n

This role will allow you to work in a fully remote capacity, with a primary focus on outpatient services. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life routine while supporting clients' mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions in individuals, couples, and families.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systemic therapy approaches.

• Lead group therapy sessions to foster community support and shared growth among participants.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify treatment strategies to ensure continued effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to additional resources when required, ensuring comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
