Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their goals and aspirations, reinforcing positive behavior changes.

• Assess clients' emotional and psychological needs through comprehensive interviews and standardized assessment tools, ensuring all client interactions are well-documented.

• Provide timely crisis intervention when needed, offering immediate support and strategies to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all compliance regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and nurses, to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Emotional Intelligence Counseling Center, you will primarily work with clients facing a myriad of issues including but not limited to relationship conflicts, family dynamics, grief, anxiety, and depression. Our diverse clientele spans various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to apply culturally sensitive practices to address their unique experiences. Your training will empower you to make a significant impact, guiding clients toward recovery and healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
