Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to grasp the specific needs of each client, formulate thorough diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that are both effective and realistic.

• Deliver psychotherapy to clients of all ages, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique circumstances and challenges, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with California’s legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in your practice.

• Engage in weekly case consultations with your clinical peers to enhance the effectiveness of your therapeutic strategies and to support the professional development of the team.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and attending training sessions that foster growth and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of California, in good standing.
