Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Engage with couples, assessing their dynamics and facilitating joint and individual sessions to address interpersonal conflicts.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass various presenting issues, ensuring an evidence-based approach to therapy.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that address systemic issues affecting family members, encouraging open communication.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse conditions.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Family conflict resolution, including sibling disputes and estrangement.

• Stress and adjustment related to job issues.

• Challenges surrounding blended families and transitioning into remarriage.

• Support during separation and divorce, including adjustment counseling.
\n
• Parent-child relational conflicts, particularly mother-daughter dynamics.

• Facilitate improved communication strategies among family members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will play a vital role in helping families overcome barriers to mental wellness, fostering resilience, and promoting effective communication strategies that last beyond treatment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates for this position will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
