Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate mood disorders, relationship dynamics, and other psychosocial factors.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to navigate and address issues related to divorce, parenting, and interpersonal communications.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain detailed documentation of all sessions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Stay informed on recent research and advancements in therapeutic techniques to continuously enhance treatment methodologies.

• Contribute to case consultations and team meetings to promote integrated care approaches and share insights with peers.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and work to diminish stigma surrounding mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients dealing with relationship challenges, such as divorce and familial communication issues, as well as those experiencing mood disorders. Our therapists will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, to address their unique mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role falls within a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
