Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for a diverse client population, including conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on common challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Assist clients in developing effective coping skills, problem-solving techniques, and stress management strategies to navigate life's challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing services to a diverse client demographic, including adults, adolescents, and families. Our clients encounter a range of common issues, such as relationship difficulties, familial conflict, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
