Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic support tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust.

• Provide family counseling services to address systemic issues and improve relationships among family members.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing progress to adjust as necessary.

• Assess and diagnose various mental health disorders using standardized evaluation tools, collaborating with clients to understand their challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and mental health professionals, including consultation with psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Meru Behavioral Health Center, you will primarily support a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
