Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to clearly identify each client's mental health needs, tailoring your approach based on individual circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are not only clinically effective but also resonate with clients' personal goals and values.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies that promote healing and develop coping strategies for clients.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all records, including progress notes, are completed accurately and within department guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in formulating and executing comprehensive treatment plans, which may involve clients’ discharge planning and ongoing care coordination.

• Assist clients in navigating their discharge and care coordination processes, connecting them with community resources and providers that can facilitate access to continued support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work primarily with individuals and families facing a diverse array of challenges, from relationship conflicts to mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
