Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring they understand their paths to wellness.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing various mental health concerns for clients of all ages, employing evidence-based practices.

• Lead couples therapy sessions to assist partners in enhancing communication, conflicts resolution, and relationship building.

• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans as required to reflect clients' progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including progress notes and treatment histories, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring coordinated care throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, demonstrating knowledge and preparedness in emergency situations.

• Participate in professional development to stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, empowering them to be active participants in their treatment and decisions regarding their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, which includes children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board of Colorado.

• Proven experience in providing individual and couples therapy is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
