While working from home, therapists can maintain their caseloads effectively, utilizing teletherapy tools to connect with clients reliably.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and assessments, providing essential follow-up care tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate in case conferences to discuss treatment plans for clients receiving mental health services, based on their specific circumstances and treatment needs.

• Facilitate and lead various group therapy sessions focused on enhancing coping mechanisms and providing psychoeducation.

• Document and complete all required clinical documentation accurately and timely to support ongoing treatment and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including social workers, to coordinate patient care and ensure appropriate mental health services are delivered upon discharge.

• Engage in weekly clinical supervision sessions to discuss case progress and receive feedback on therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications\n
