Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

• Thoroughly assess and diagnose mental health disorders, developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Effectively collaborate with clients to set and prioritize treatment goals, regularly monitoring their progress, and adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and connect clients with appropriate resources for additional support, fostering their journey toward healing and growth.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to family dynamics, relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. As an LMFT at Wise Family and Parenting Counseling Services, you will work closely with clients of various backgrounds, helping them navigate through their personal hardships while empowering them to build stronger, healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wise Family and Parenting Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
