Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to address clients’ concerns and promote relationship improvements.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, providing support and guidance that foster emotional healing, communication, and conflict resolution.
\n
• Maintain and complete accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Regularly assess and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and providing clients with the resources to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external organizations to create a network of support for clients, enhancing their access to additional resources and services.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling is preferred.

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.

• Strong foundational knowledge of relationship dynamics and various therapeutic modalities to address the complexities of family and individual mental health.

• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a safe environment for clients to explore sensitive topics.

• A commitment to ethical standards, client confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical or community health setting.

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
