Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at BlueHeal, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks:

• Engage in crisis evaluations and provide timely crisis intervention for patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, ensuring referrals are made for those requiring more intensive services.

• Provide both individual and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues ranging from relationship conflicts to anxiety disorders.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to organizational policies and standards to optimize patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and share patient insights, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.
