Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of assigned clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation which includes conducting biopsychosocial assessments, facilitating weekly goal-setting, developing treatment plans, and documentation of progress notes and discharge plans.

• Collaborate with each client to create robust aftercare plans aimed at ensuring successful transitions post-treatment.

• Engage with families, external clinicians, and referral sources to ensure consistency and continuity of care as part of a holistic treatment approach.

• Adhere to all company policies and best practices regarding documentation to enhance service quality and compliance.

Your primary focus will include a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active Washington State LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
