Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, offering a flexible working arrangement that promotes a healthy work-life balance. While you'll primarily work from home, you will be part of a dynamic online team that collaborates regularly. Our practice setting is a group practice within a community health clinic, facilitating an environment of collaboration and support. You will have access to comprehensive administrative support to streamline your focus on client care, minimizing distractions related to billing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that accurately inform individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in regular team case consultations and ongoing clinical training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and improve treatment outcomes.

• Assist clients through significant life transitions, crises, and therapeutic milestones with empathy and professional guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT in this role will engage with individuals, couples, and families across various demographics and presenting issues. You will provide trauma-informed, client-centered care, focusing on wellness, resilience, and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in California is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience as an LMFT in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and a strong foundation in trauma-informed care.

• Fluency in languages other than English is highly desirable, as we serve a multilingual community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
