Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for both couples and individuals, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

• Engage in regular communication with fellow team members, including psychologists, social workers, and other professionals, to discuss patient progress and jointly develop actionable strategies for improvement.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including attending treatment team meetings and facilitating case presentations to enhance collective knowledge within the team.

• Organize and lead patient care conferences for complex psychosocial cases, ensuring appropriate resources and interventions are aligned to support optimal outcomes.

• Implement interdisciplinary education to elevate staff understanding and application of therapeutic techniques across the network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is centered around providing tailored support to families facing a wide range of challenges. You will work with diverse populations, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational conflicts. By understanding each family’s unique dynamics, you will facilitate therapeutic interventions that promote healing and empower clients towards greater resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, specifically with families and couples.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
