Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively contribute to treatment planning as part of a multi-disciplinary team, integrating insights from various professionals to develop holistic treatment plans for clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish clients' needs and ongoing evaluations to track their progress throughout therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on clients' evolving situations and improvements.

• Monitor clients’ progress meticulously, offering follow-up sessions to ensure they remain on the right trajectory towards recovery and mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals navigating the complexities of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your focus will be on enhancing relationships and preventing crises in familial and couple settings. This involves utilizing your clinical skills to address not only their mental health needs but to also engage with family dynamics that may be contributing to their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LMFT license with no restrictions, suspensions, or probationary status.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
