Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including diagnosis updates and case reviews, consistent with company protocols.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions that can include telehealth options.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating closely with fellow clinicians, case managers, and other support personnel to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize innovative interventions and therapeutic modalities to empower clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their mental health.

• Coordinate with families, educational staff, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support across all areas of a client's life.

• Prepare and submit accurate session documentation in line with clinic protocols to ensure accountability and quality of care.

Qualifications\n
