In this full-time remote position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health counseling specifically focused on mood disorders, offering our clients support and guidance from the comfort of their homes while also working within our outpatient office setting in Laredo, Texas.

Work Environment\n

As a remote-based therapist, you will have the flexibility to conduct sessions via teletherapy, providing a comfortable space for clients to share their challenges. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms by evaluating their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively creating individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, highlighting treatment options and promoting self-care techniques.

• Regularly monitoring client progress, documenting findings, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support.

• Staying abreast of advancements in mood disorder research to enhance treatment approaches and share insights with colleagues.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records following legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n
