Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and family members.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client goals.

• Coordinate care effectively by liaising with community agencies, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical evaluations in adherence to established medical record policies.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and assist in their navigation of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with adults and geriatric populations struggling with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic models and the ability to construct effective therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Competence in writing clear clinical notes and documenting treatment plans accurately.
\n
• Solid understanding of social work ethics and the established scope of practice.
\n
• Experience in performing mental status examinations and recognizing psychosocial changes.

• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with both clients and healthcare staff.

• Familiarity with community resources related to mental health, education, and vocational assistance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
