Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Lifesaver, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each patient’s unique situation and needs.

• Coordinating care among team members and community resources to ensure holistic support for patients.

• Engaging in individual, family, or group therapy sessions tailored to promote healing and growth.

• Providing expert consultation to multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Creating, documenting, and maintaining treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Liaising with community agencies to facilitate additional services and support.

• Advocating for patients by planning appropriate dispositions and ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they deserve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise and compassion will be pivotal in serving primarily adults and geriatric clients experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
