Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and holistic client support.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder management to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
