Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office. Your work hours will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences, integrating feedback at each step of the process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client concerns.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment modalities, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
