Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity and impact of symptoms related to mood disorders in clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and preferences, setting clear objectives and interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health challenges effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance overall treatment efficacy.

• Monitor and document client progress, proactively adjusting treatment plans based on evolving client needs and responses to therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to deliver the highest quality of care.

• Manage confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.
