Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Native Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose and understand clients’ needs, and developing tailored treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Maintaining a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week while ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, following organizational policies.

• Providing exceptional customer service, showing empathy and professionalism during each interaction to cultivate trust and rapport with clients.
\n
• Using innovative interventions and therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress towards their personal goals.
\n
• Managing session documentation meticulously, per company standards, to support clinical best practices and continuity of care.

• Coordinating effectively with case managers, families, and other professionals—including school staff and medical personnel—to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a broad client demographic, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing diverse challenges, particularly those struggling with addiction, mental health issues, relationship dynamics, and family conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
