Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of clients and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Providing bilingual psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish, ensuring communication is effective and supportive.

• Facilitating individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) software for documentation and scheduling, ensuring compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and participating in case consultations to enhance patient care and interdisciplinary support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our focus is on providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, specifically targeting issues such as trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ challenges, and perinatal mental health. The ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients from different cultural contexts is crucial for achieving positive therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or Marriage and Family Studies from an accredited graduate program.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated experience providing mental health services in a behavioral health setting for a minimum of two years.

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, both in written and verbal forms.

• Adeptness in delivering culturally sensitive therapy that respects the individual needs and customs of each client.

• Experience in utilizing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, and the ability to develop a specialization in areas such as trauma or grief.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-in bonus.
