Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and create tailored treatment plans inclusively addressing individual and relational dynamics.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focused on facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Document each client's progress meticulously, completing treatment plans, diagnostic assessments (DAs), and clinical case notes according to the organization's policies and compliance standards.

• Utilize inventive therapeutic interventions to inspire clients to set and achieve personal goals, providing holistic support in their mental health journeys.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, educators, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care that meets each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• Proficiency in completing therapeutic documentation, including treatment plans, evaluations, and case notes.

• A proven record of maintaining appropriate client boundaries and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
