Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Community Health Network, you will engage with clients through a variety of methods:

• Offer both couples therapy and individual sessions to address relational dynamics and personal issues comprehensively.

• Evaluate and treat a range of concerns, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological conflicts, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate family sessions to navigate complex issues such as blended family challenges, conflicts among family members, and the emotional ramifications of separation and divorce.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
\n
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using electronic health record systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance client outcomes and contribute to multi-disciplinary treatment planning.
