Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals and groups to provide therapeutic guidance, employing various evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes, utilizing tools and methodologies that support continual improvement.

• Refer clients to external specialists or community resources when additional support is warranted, ensuring clients receive well-rounded care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
