Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Lead both individual and couple therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client goals.
\n
• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
\n
• Provide referrals to additional resources, specialists, or support services when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in regular case consultation and collaboration within our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including couples experiencing marital discord, individuals dealing with trauma or life transitions, and families working to improve their relational dynamics. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them develop coping strategies and achieve healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health practices, particularly those applicable to relationships and family dynamics.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and software to conduct therapy sessions effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a commitment to fostering effective therapeutic alliances.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in addiction counseling, particularly with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
