Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to treat addiction and related disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with client input to address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that encourages sharing and peer feedback.

• Continuously assess and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately, complying with all regulatory and ethical guidelines for mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload management.
