Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of clients’ histories related to criminal activity and substance abuse, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

• Provide on-call crisis services and emergency consultations, expertly evaluating suicide risks with clinical precision.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on standard practice guidelines for various mental health diagnoses, incorporating client feedback and preferences.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention and psychotherapy through engaging therapeutic techniques, even in challenging environments, to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, to diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders effectively, ensuring a cohesive care experience for clients.

• Document patient care efficiently in electronic medical record systems, monitoring client progress and adhering to ethical standards and mandated reporting procedures.

• Make insightful recommendations to care teams, leading to effective communication and collaboration across treatment disciplines.

• Utilize your expertise to engage in individual therapy and provide supportive counseling and education to clients, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly focuses on clients from underrepresented communities, including mothers facing mental health challenges due to socioeconomic factors. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Strong electronic mail communication and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows applications.

• Ability to effectively manage a large caseload while interfacing with various providers and support staff.

• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance dependency disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
