Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients individually through secure video chat sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate their mental health improvement.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying realistic and achievable mental health goals and developing actionable plans to reach them.

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who have been prescreened and assessed as stable and low-acuity. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent license is mandatory—such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)—as issued by the state board. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
