Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing best practices and evidence-based approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that explore clients' strengths, challenges, and objectives for therapy, establishing a strong foundation for treatment.

• Collaborate closely with community partners and interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

• Create and implement thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans, regularly reviewing client progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards and enhance quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical or mental health settings, demonstrating direct therapeutic engagement with clients.

• Strong foundational skills in professional evaluation, decision-making, and treatment planning developed through previous experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate demeanor, are essential for building therapeutic relationships with clients.
