Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain crisis alert systems in coordination with local county crisis services, ensuring timely responses for participants needing immediate support.

• Facilitate smooth transitions for clients between hospital or inpatient services and outpatient programs while documenting essential information to support continuity of care.
\n
• Employ effective crisis de-escalation techniques during virtual interactions and provide milieu support, particularly as the designated Clinician of the Day.

• Engage in regular consultations with clients to assess their progress, adjust treatment plans, and set achievable goals tailored to their unique situations.

• Document client sessions accurately and comprehensively, utilizing electronic health record systems in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
