Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, consistently evaluating and adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Conduct individual telehealth therapy sessions focused on addressing a wide range of behavioral health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that encompasses not only mental health counseling but also family systems, educational needs, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and any adjustments made to care plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

• Provide support and guidance to clients through crises, utilizing crisis intervention techniques as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related area of mental health counseling.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Sound clinical skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
