This position is remote, leveraging telehealth technology to facilitate virtual consultations with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client through engaging video chat sessions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation in a timely manner to reflect ongoing treatment and adhere to organizational and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster a cohesive team dynamic and share insights to enhance client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training relevant to your practice area.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be primarily on adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related challenges, and more. By employing evidence-based approaches and actively involving clients in the therapeutic process, you'll help facilitate meaningful changes in their lives. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients will be instrumental in fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license as a mental health professional, either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted for this position.

• Demonstrated capacity for making sound professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adult populations in a crisis or therapy-focused setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and telehealth operations would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
