Our outpatient office serves as your base for meetings and consultations, supplemented by occasional on-site visits as required for the care of clients, especially veterans and families in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with medical and support staff to accurately diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Document clinical findings and patient care effectively using electronic medical records, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, which include assessing clients' criminal and substance abuse histories, as well as evaluating suicide risk with precision.

• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy services, delivering support in challenging situations and environments.
\n
• Monitor client progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and make recommendations based on clinical observations to multidisciplinary care teams.

• Offer on-call crisis services and emergency consultations during working hours, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by consulting on complex cases and participating in team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on mothers and individuals from underrepresented communities who face unique mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients to empower them through therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources, addressing both their psychological and social needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
