Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on behavioral health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of each client’s needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and support, discussing patient progress at scheduled team meetings.

• Remain up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health to continually improve the quality of care provided.

• Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
